Mexican Vanilla is one of the greatest gifts from Nature. Our Mexican Vanilla comes straight from the Vanilla Bean. It is much stronger than regular vanilla that you find here in the States so you can use less. But if you are anything like our family, you'll end up using it for everything such as:

Baking (of course)
Shakes
Ice Cream
Pancake Mix
Mosquito Repellant (yes, really) Little Leagues in Minnesota use it that way and they say it's the best they've ever tried.
Perfume

Like I said, we go through our Mexican Vanilla pretty quickly over here :-)

Our vanilla is produced with Real Vanilla Beans and is also FDA approved. That means it does not contain Coumarin or other harmful ingredients. It's however not considered Organic like our Agave Nectar since there are other ingredients in the mix that are not organic like alcohol.
